Five Iranian women soccer players chose freedom over fear. After refusing to sing the national anthem—a silent strike against systemic oppression—they are now "Wartime Traitors" in the eyes of the regime.

🚨 THE URGENT CRISIS

While three players were forced to return due to severe threats against their families, Atefeh Ramezanizadeh and Fatemeh Pasandideh remain in Australia, standing firm for the movement. They are currently being monitored by regime security and face arbitrary detention or worse if forced to return.

OFFICIAL PETITION LETTER: PROTECTION FOR IRANIAN ATHLETES

TO: FIFA Executive Committee, International Olympic Committee (IOC), and the Australian Ministry for Home Affairs

SUBJECT: Urgent Request for Humanitarian Asylum and Neutral-Flag Competition Status for Defecting Iranian Soccer Players.

As a signatory of the ClickActivism movement, I am writing to demand immediate action regarding the five Iranian women soccer players who defected following their heroic protest in Australia. 

THE CORE DEMANDS:
1. Diplomatic Asylum: We call on the Australian Government to grant permanent humanitarian protection to these athletes, ensuring their safety from state-sanctioned reprisal.
2. Neutral-Flag Status: We demand that FIFA and the IOC grant these defecting athletes the right to compete under a neutral flag. Authoritarian regimes must not be allowed to use international sport as a tool for propaganda while persecuting their own players.
3. Safety Guarantee: Immediate implementation of 24/7 security protocols for the defectors while on international soil.
